These Terms govern use of buildyourframe.com and purchase of FRAME. They are an electronic contract under 15 U.S.C. § 7001 (E-SIGN) and, where Russian law applies, under ГК РФ arts. 160 and 434 (written form, including documents exchanged by electronic communication). Checking the box and paying is acceptance (ГК РФ art. 438).

OPERATOR

FRAME is the name of this online course. Contact: gocodevl@gmail.com. These Terms do not state a U.S. state of incorporation and do not invent a Russian INN, OGRN, or legal address.

THE SERVICE

FRAME is a self-guided training and nutrition course for adults. Access is granted only after LavaTop confirms payment, or after a manual entitlement we issue. Opening a success page does not grant access.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course materials on the site (including PDFs) while access is active (U.S. Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C.; ГК РФ arts. 1229, 1235, 1259, 1270, 1286). You do not buy the exclusive right. You may not copy, sell, share logins, or redistribute the materials.

Coaching by Instagram DM (@m.m.kostin) is not sold on this website and is not part of the $69 purchase.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 or older. COPPA, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506, applies under age 13. ГК РФ art. 21: full civil capacity from age 18. FRAME is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

PRICE AND LIFETIME ACCESS

Price is $69 USD, paid once — an essential term (ГК РФ arts. 424, 1235(5), 1286). There is no subscription. “Lifetime” means no further FRAME course fee while we operate the platform, unless access is revoked under these Terms. It is not a promise that FRAME exists forever, and not a warranty of training results.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Payments: LavaTop. See the Refund Policy and public offer. No refund after access is activated, except non-delivery, a duplicate charge (ГК РФ arts. 1102–1103), or a non-waivable statute.

HEALTH INFORMATION

Content is educational. It is not medical advice. Consult a physician before training or changing diet. FRAME does not warrant a particular physique or health outcome.

ACCOUNTS

Keep your login confidential. We may suspend or revoke access for fraud, payment reversal, sharing the account, distributing materials, or other material breach (ГК РФ arts. 310, 328, 401, 450, 450.1). We may refuse an account we reasonably believe is used by someone under 18.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FRAME is provided “as is.” We do not disclaim liability for fraud or for duties that law does not allow to be disclaimed (including ГК РФ arts. 400, 401 where they limit such clauses).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid FRAME for that purchase. The limit does not apply where the law prohibits it.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law (including 15 U.S.C. §§ 41–58) and, where Russian law applies to the contract, by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. For a consumer residing in the Russian Federation, art. 1212 ГК РФ preserves mandatory Russian protections if activity is directed to the Russian Federation (this site is offered in Russian). A contract term cannot exclude those mandatory rules.

Disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing here requires arbitration.
