DATA DELETION

Request deletion of your FRAME account and the personal data we control. See the Privacy Policy. United States federal law does not create a general “right to be forgotten.” Where 152-FZ applies, arts. 14 and 21 address access and deletion of personal data. ГК РФ arts. 152 and 152.2 protect name and private life. We honor verified requests from the account holder, who must be 18 or older (art. 21).

After a verified request we delete data we control, except records we keep for payment disputes, fraud prevention, or a legal obligation. Deleting the account removes course access. FRAME does not keep children’s data.
