ACCESSIBILITY

Last updated: 11 October 2026. Operator contact: gocodevl@gmail.com

This statement covers buildyourframe.com. It is not a certificate, audit report, or a claim that the site meets every clause of WCAG, EN 301 549, GOST R 52872, or similar standards. FRAME is a private online course. We write this so you know what we aim for, what still gets in the way, and how to reach us if a page blocks you.

AIM

We treat WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the target for pages we control. Where EU rules on digital services apply to a given buyer, EN 301 549 is the technical reference. Where Russian law on access for persons with disabilities applies, we take Federal Law No. 181-FZ and GOST R 52872 as the relevant frame — not as a stamp we have been issued. United States § 508 applies to federal agencies, not to this site. We do not sell an “ADA compliant” badge.

WHAT WE BUILD FOR

Main copy is HTML text, not pictures of words. Pages have a language. You can switch English and Russian. Forms that collect data have visible labels. The logo has an alternative text. Interactive controls can be reached from the keyboard. There is no autoplay sound and no flashing content. Motion on the homepage respects a reduced-motion preference. Essential cookies only — see the Cookie Policy.

LIMITS

The visual system uses a dark field and small tracked labels. Some of that type sits below the size most contrast rules assume. Course files are PDFs; this statement does not claim PDF/UA. Before-and-after photographs are part of the public site; we keep them as photographs, not as the only way to understand a result. Checkout runs on LavaTop. Instagram is a third-party service. We cannot make those surfaces match this page.

IF SOMETHING BLOCKS YOU

Email gocodevl@gmail.com with the page, the browser or assistive tool you use, and what failed. We will answer and try to fix what we control, or describe a workable alternative (for example a text description, a different file, or help signing in). Account deletion is on the deletion form.
