LEGAL
PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: 7 October 2026. Operator contact: gocodevl@gmail.com
Privacy claims must be accurate (15 U.S.C. §§ 41–58). Where Russian law applies, processing of personal data is governed by Federal Law No. 152-FZ (not by inventing rules inside the Civil Code). The Civil Code still applies to private life and likeness: ГК РФ arts. 152, 152.1, 152.2.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Account: email and password (Supabase). Purchase: payment confirmation from LavaTop (we do not collect your full card number). Optional on forms: name, phone, message (Web3Forms). The site stores a login session, language preference, and banner acknowledgement.
We do not collect date of birth, precise geolocation, wearable data, or advertising identifiers. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on FRAME pages.
HOW WE USE IT
To run the account, grant or revoke access, process payments, answer messages, handle deletion requests, and operate the site. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Legal bases under 152-FZ, where that law applies, are performance of the contract (art. 6(1)(5)) and, for optional form fields, consent (art. 6(1)(1)).
WHO PROCESSES IT
Supabase (auth). LavaTop (checkout). Web3Forms (forms). Vercel (hosting). Each receives only what is needed for that function.
CHILDREN
FRAME is for adults 18 or older (ГК РФ art. 21). COPPA defines “child” as under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
CALIFORNIA
The CCPA/CPRA (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.) applies to a “business” that meets statutory thresholds. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used there. California residents who believe a non-waivable right applies may email gocodevl@gmail.com.
RETENTION, SECURITY, REQUESTS
Records are kept while the account exists and as needed for access, payment, and disputes. You may request deletion via the deletion form or gocodevl@gmail.com (152-FZ arts. 14, 21 where that law applies; we also honor verified requests as a matter of contract). We may keep what is required for payment disputes, fraud, or a legal duty. Deleting the account removes course access.
