SUBJECT AND PRICE

FRAME: a personal non-exclusive license (ГК РФ arts. 1235, 1286) to the self-guided course on this website, including the PDFs we make available, for $69 USD paid once (arts. 424, 432). No automatic renewal.

Not offered on this website: one-to-one coaching. Coaching, if any, is arranged by Instagram DM (@m.m.kostin) and is not part of this price.

ACCEPTANCE

You must be 18 or older (ГК РФ art. 21). Acceptance is full and unconditional (art. 438(1)). Paying the price through LavaTop, after confirming the disclosures on the purchase page, is acceptance by performing the terms of the offer (art. 438(3)). Silence is not acceptance (art. 438(2)). Access is activated only after LavaTop confirms payment.

By accepting you also accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. Electronic form is valid (15 U.S.C. § 7001; ГК РФ arts. 160, 434).

LIFETIME

“Lifetime” means no further FRAME course fee while we operate the platform, unless access is revoked under the Terms or Refund Policy. It is not a promise of perpetual existence.

REFUNDS

After access is activated, FRAME does not refund for change of mind. If payment is confirmed and access is not provided, or you are charged twice for the same purchase, we refund as stated in the Refund Policy (ГК РФ arts. 1102, 1103; if treated as services, art. 782 — actual expenses after delivery). Entirely online sales are not covered by the FTC Cooling-Off Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 429).

LAW

United States federal law and, where it applies, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. For a consumer in the Russian Federation, art. 1212 preserves mandatory Russian protections.
